Once your item ships, ownership transfers to you. For custom pieces (especially engraved or one-of-a-kind), we reserve the right to revise engraving content as necessary.
Only one promotional code can be used per purchase.
You are responsible for all associated costs, including shipping, taxes, and applicable import duties (for international orders). Not all charges may be included at checkout, and any additional fees are your responsibility.
KLUXUR reserves the right to change pricing, specs, and availability at any time.
All KLUXUR jewelry includes a limited craftsmanship warranty. This covers manufacturing issues like loose prongs and includes complimentary cleaning or polishing.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or center stone loss or theft. Third-party repairs will void your warranty.
To initiate a warranty claim, the item must be returned to KLUXUR for inspection.
We offer free insured shipping within the U.S. International customers are responsible for any duties or customs clearance. Shipping delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is lost, KLUXUR may at its discretion issue a refund or replacement upon completion of a verification process.
We accept returns for items with verified manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be in new condition with original packaging and documentation.
Customized items, resized rings, or engraved pieces are not eligible for refund.
For exchanges, we allow a one-time swap within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in perfect condition. Price differences will be credited or charged accordingly.
We offer free ring resizing within 12 months of purchase. After that, resizing may incur a fee. All resizing must be completed by KLUXUR—external adjustments will void the warranty.
If you submit reviews, comments, or media ("User Content"), you give KLUXUR the right to use and share that content for marketing or other purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content is lawful and appropriate. You agree to indemnify KLUXUR from any claims arising from it.
